Teriyaki Lotus Root Meatloaf

Preparation materials: peel and wash lotus root, use "ginger mill" to grind lotus root, mince pork

Mix the lotus root paste and minced pork well

Add ginger, garlic, egg liquid and sweet potato starch to lotus root pork mince, mix well

Mix the egg paste and lotus root meat filling, knead them into small balls and press them into round cakes. Heat oil in a pan, put the lotus root pork patties in a pan, and fry the lotus root meat patties on both sides over medium and low heat until fragrant.

Drizzle with teriyaki sauce, cover and simmer until cooked, sprinkle diced green onion before serving
Tips:
1. If you like crispy, you can deep-fry the lotus root meatloaf, or just fry it.
2. Teriyaki sauce can be purchased at the supermarket, or you can make your own teriyaki sauce: 10ml soy sauce, 15ml cooking wine, 10ml honey, 5ml soy sauce.
