Teriyaki Tenderloin

1. Cut the tenderloin into slices.

2. Take a few shots with the back of each piece.

3. Add cooking wine, teriyaki sauce, and salt for half an hour.

4. Mix flour and starch at a ratio of 1:1, add egg whites and water to make a batter.

5. Put the meat slices into the batter and mix well.

6. Put the oil in the pot at low temperature and deep fry.

7. When the surface is slightly yellow, remove the drain oil.
