Teriyaki Tofu

Prepare the required ingredients and clean the water chestnut

Use scissors to cut off the sharp corners at both ends

Then open from the middle to both sides, and then the water chestnut can be easily taken out

Hull all the water chestnuts in turn, cut the tofu into pieces and soak in light salt water, slice the meat, mince the green onion and ginger

Put water in the pot, after the water is boiled, put the water chestnut in and boil for 10 minutes, until the water chestnut is fully mature

Then remove the cold water quickly to easily remove the skin sticking to the surface of the water chestnut, and then boil half a pot of water. After the water is boiled, boil the tofu in the pot for 5 minutes, then remove the water to drain.

Put a tablespoon of vegetable oil in the pan. After the oil is hot, put the meat slices in the pan and stir fry. Add the chopped green onion and ginger

Add a little light soy sauce and vinegar, add blanched tofu

Add a little oyster sauce and salt and stir fry

Finally, add the processed water chestnut, add a few drops of sesame oil and stir evenly to get out of the pan
