Ingredients

Thai Chicken Green Curry

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Put oil in the pot and fry the onions.

3. Add the diced chicken, stir fry until the oil comes out, add the Hongxi mushrooms to absorb the oil.

4. Add potatoes, stir-fry well, pour in Thai green curry.

5. After simmering for 10 minutes, add coconut milk and diced okra.

6. Simmer for a while until the okra changes color.

7. Serve, spread on the rice, sprinkle a layer of basil powder, delicious~

Tips:

Because the curry brought by my friend was seasoned, no salt was added. Students with heavy tastes can adjust by themselves.
