Thai Chicken Peach Salad

Use a hammer to loosen the chicken breasts (if not, you can use the back of a knife);

Put it in a basin, add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, hoisin sauce and ginger slices to marinate;

Massage it with your hands, let it fully taste, and marinate for one hour;
