Thai Chicken Soup Noodles

Stuff the green onion and sliced ginger into the chicken belly, put the chicken in the water, add star anise, cinnamon, small onion and ginger and cook for later use.

Put the chicken breast and egg yolk in a blender and beat them up.

Tips:
1. It is best to consume rice noodles within 18 hours, otherwise the taste may become slightly dry and hard.
2. Moisten your hands with warm water when taking rice noodles to prevent sticking.
