Thai Curry Chicken Rice

Wash coriander and chop finely, and chop garlic for later use.

Add vegetable oil to heat, stir-fry coriander and minced garlic until fragrant, add water and curry cubes that can be used on the chicken, and then add salt, sugar, and chicken essence.

Dice potatoes and carrots and add them to the sauce.

Cut the chicken into small pieces, wash and blanch.

Put the chicken in the cooked sauce and add coconut milk to make sure that the sauce completely covers the chicken.

Cover the pot and boil on high heat until the sauce is collected and the sauce is sticky. About 20 minutes.

Tips:
When cooking, you need to adjust the taste slightly, because the taste will come out after the ingredients are boiled, so you can adjust it slightly at first. If you like spicy food, you can add dried chilies or red peppers when frying the ingredients. If you like sweet ones, you can add more sugar. Coconut milk can only be added after the ingredients are basically cooked.
