Thai Green Papaya Salad

Prepare the ingredients.

Green papaya peeled and shredded (in Thailand, the papaya is directly beaten lengthwise with a knife and then shredded).

For convenience, I use a grater directly.

Add garlic cloves, millet pepper, salt, monosodium glutamate, and sugar to the garlic masher.
5.
Continue to add dried shrimps.
6.
Cut the small tomatoes in half and pound together.
7.
Squeeze in lemon juice and add fish sauce.
8.
Add papaya shreds and continue to pound.
9.
Finally, add peanuts and stir evenly.
Tips:
Thai cold green papaya will also add tamarind (tamarind), raw cowpea and raw eggplant, because of eating habits, so I didn't put it here.
