Thai Style Beef with Lemon

Prepare materials. Cut the beef into thin slices, mix well with salt, dry starch, and cooking wine and marinate for 15 minutes. Cut tomatoes into small pieces. Slice half of the lemon, squeeze the other half, and set aside.

Boil water in the pot, add the beef slices, and blanch them until they are broken and there is no blood, then pick them up.

After picking up, quickly put it in ice water, soak for 2 minutes, pick up, and drain the water.

Put the beef slices in a basin, add cucumber shreds, carrot shreds, lemon slices, and tomato cubes.

Pour in lemon juice.

Add salt, sesame oil, chicken powder, sugar, fish sauce, Sriracha chili sauce, and soy beans in tomato sauce.

Just mix well.
Tips:
1. Sriracha chili sauce can also be replaced with Thai sweet chili sauce. If you use sweet chili sauce, you don’t need to put sugar.
