Thai Style Shrimp Curry with Pineapple Rice

Tips:
The best rice for fried rice is leftover rice. The new rice that has just been made is almost a bit harder. The rice used for fried rice should be harder in order to achieve a distinct grain. Curry is also not suitable for people with a bad stomach. So if you have a bad stomach, try to eat less fried rice.
Just put a few small pieces of diced pineapple, otherwise it won't taste sour and sweet. Of course, if you like, you can play more. Don't put too much salt, there is a small amount of salt in the oil curry.
