Thai Style Squid Whiskers

Ingredients: squid silk, parsley, onion seasoning: fish sauce, lemon, garlic diced, coriander, chili.

Tear off the reddish-brown skin of the squid whiskers, rub the attachments on the suction cup, and wash.

Cut the processed squid into inch pieces.

Shred the onion, cut the chives, parsley, and coriander stalks into sections; cut the red pepper into small pieces; chop the garlic into small pieces.

Put the pot on the fire and bring the water to a boil. Add the squid and blanch it until cooked. Remove and put it into ice water.

Mix 3 tablespoons of fish sauce, 2-3 points of lemon juice, 1/2 tablespoon of granulated sugar, garlic diced, and minced peppers to make a juice.

Mix all the ingredients with the salad sauce and put it on a plate.
