Thai Style Sweet and Spicy Chicken Feet

After washing the chicken feet, soak them in Huadiao wine and water for 15 minutes

Put it in boiling water, keep it in a slightly boiling state (turn off the fire to the minimum), and cook for 15 minutes

After removing it, immediately rinse it under cold water, and finally soak it in ice water for a while

Raw garlic is made into minced garlic, mixed with sweet and spicy sauce, fish sauce, and lime

Wash the basil and wipe dry

Squeeze the water out of the lime, cut into small pieces, cut basil into strips and mix with 4 evenly
