The Thai sweet and spicy taste is more suitable for me who can't eat spicy food. It is not very spicy, and it has a little bit of sweetness, just right.

Ingredients

Thai Style Sweet and Spicy Grilled Wings

1. Wash chicken wings.

2. Use toothpicks to tie the chicken wings all over the body.

3. Put it in a compact bag.

4. Put Thai sweet and spicy seasoning powder into a compact bag, seal it, knead it evenly, refrigerate and marinate overnight.

5. Prepare the bakeware and grill, and put a piece of tin foil on the bakeware for easy cleaning, but this is a non-stick bakeware, and it is also possible to have no padding.

6. Place the marinated chicken wings on the grilling net.

7. After preheating the oven at 180 degrees, put the baking tray in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.

8. Then brush a thin layer of honey on the surface.

9. Put it in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.

10. After the roasting is complete, just put it on the plate.

Tips:

1. This time I used Kook Yibai’s Thai sweet and spicy seasoning powder, so there is no need to use kitchen paper to absorb water.
2. The honey on the surface does not need to be brushed, just for the beautiful surface color.
