Thai Tom Yum Goong Soup

Prepare all ingredients

Stir-fried shrimp heads in hot oil, appropriate amount of shallot

Bring hot water to a boil, add lemon leaves, lemongrass, ginger, dried chili and coriander in a pot and cook for a while

Add sliced white mushrooms and straw mushrooms

After boiling, add 1 block of Tom Yum Goong sauce to melt and stir evenly, then put the shrimp, crab, clams in the pot and boil

Squeeze in lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, and coconut milk 5 minutes before serving
Tips:
1. Wash the bottom of the Tom Yum Kung sauce with water before using it and soak it
2. Personally prefer the taste of milk, if you don’t like coconut milk, you can replace it with coconut flour or reduce the amount appropriately
3. Lime can also be replaced with lemon, but the taste and acidity are slightly different
