#the 4th Baking Contest and is Love to Eat Festival# Banana Pastry Pie
1.
Roll the homemade pastry to a thickness of about 0.25cm.
2.
Divide equally into 8 equal parts.
3.
Use a fork to pierce some small holes evenly on one of the slices to prevent the dough from bulging during baking.
4.
A banana is divided into four evenly.
5.
Place 1/4 bananas in the middle of the pierced dough. Brush a layer of whole egg liquid around the dough
6.
Cover with another layer and gently press around the dough with your hands to make the two layers of dough stick together. (The banana is bigger and the skin is smaller)
7.
Brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface of the dough, and use a sharp knife to make 4 deep cuts on the surface of the dough, as deep as the banana. After relaxing for 15 minutes, put it in the middle of a preheated 200°C oven and bake for 25 minutes.
8.
Bake until the surface is slightly golden. Out of the oven!
Tips:
1. The surface knife needs to cut through the dough, be sure to use a sharp knife, the knife edge is deep and the filling. 2. Fillings can be added according to your preference. 3. The baking time and temperature are for reference only. 4. The number of cutting edges should be determined according to the size of the dough.
