#the 4th Baking Contest and is Love to Eat Festival# Bean Paste Sweet Potato Bread
1.
The sweet potato is roasted, peeled and pressed into a puree. My mashed sweet potato is very dry, about 140 grams
2.
Put all the ingredients except the butter into the bread bucket, and start kneading
3.
After stirring into a dough, add the small pieces of butter and continue the dough mixing process
4.
I spent 40 minutes in one share
5.
Put it into the bread machine to start the fermentation process and ferment to double the size
6.
After the dough is fermented, flatten and vent, divide into 12 small balls, and relax for 10 minutes
7.
Take a small ball and roll it into a strip, add an appropriate amount of bean paste and roll it up, and repeat
8.
Take 4 rolls and pinch the head tightly
9.
Make a twist in 4 strands
10.
Stuff the head and tail at the bottom
11.
Brush the mold with oil in advance, put the braided dough into the second fermentation, take it out and brush with the whole egg liquid
12.
Bake at 175 degrees for 20 minutes after preheating the oven
13.
Release from the oven
Tips:
Sweet potato mash is different in dryness and wetness, so the amount of liquid used has to be adjusted by yourself
