The Delicacy on The Tip of The Tongue-pork Hot and Sour Noodles

Ingredients 1: Sweet potato flour, fried peanuts, shallots, spinach.

Ingredients 2: minced meat, pepper, pepper powder, chili powder, salt, white sugar, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, chicken essence, green onions, ginger, garlic.

Soak the sweet potato flour in hot water.

Cut the scallions, ginger, and garlic into small pieces and set aside.

Put oil in the wok, add pepper, pepper powder, and chili powder when the oil is hot and stir until fragrant.

Then add the minced meat (the minced meat should be marinated with light soy sauce, chicken essence, salt, cooking wine, and cornstarch) and continue to stir fry.

After the minced meat is completely sautéed, add the chopped green onions, ginger, and garlic to fry until fragrant.

Add appropriate amount of warm water, balsamic vinegar, light soy sauce, salt and sugar to boil (I made one serving).

Put the fried hot and sour soup into a bowl.

Add water to the boiling pot and cook the soaked sweet potato flour after the water is boiled.

Put the boiled sweet potato flour into a bowl of sour soup, then add spinach, fried peanuts, shallots and white sesame seeds to enjoy.
