The Delicious Way to Eat Pig's Trotter-stewed Pig's Trotter with Tomato Sauce and Soy

1. Boil the trotters in boiling water for later use, soak the soybeans in advance, wash the tomatoes, and 50 grams of broad bean rice.

2. Cut tomatoes into cubes.

3. Pour oil in the wok and sauté the scallions and ginger.

4. Pour the tomatoes.

5. Saute the tomatoes until tender.

6. Add tomato sauce and continue to stir fry.

7. Add water to a boil over high heat.

8. Pour the cooked soup into the casserole.

9. Add pig's trotters and soybeans with a little cooking wine, boil on high heat, and simmer on low heat for 1 hour.

10. Add salt for an hour.

11. Add pepper to taste.

12. Add the broad bean rice and continue to cook for 5 minutes, add chicken essence and turn off the heat.

Tips:

Long-winded

Soybeans need to be soaked in advance, I soak them at night.

Fava bean rice can also be left, because I like it so I added a little.
