Boil the chicken nuggets in cold water. After the water is boiled, boil for 2 minutes and then pour out the water in the pot. Add bamboo shoots, bacon, and diced ham.

Then add boiling water, remember! It's boiling water! Then put in a section of scallion.

After everything is put in, boil on the stove, add some cooking wine, continue to boil, then turn to low heat and cook for 2.5 hours.

After simmering for 2.5 hours, taste the saltiness of the soup. Because there is bacon in it, you don’t need to put salt in it. Try it yourself. Then add the torn Xiuzhen mushrooms and goji berries. Turn to high heat and bring it to the boil. About 3 minutes, turn off the heat and prepare!

Take the leaves of fresh coriander, chop and set aside.

1. This is a traditional dish, the ingredients must be high-quality, don't try to concoct it with ordinary ingredients.
