The Incredibly Delicious and Domineering Salmon Head Pot

The preparation is a salmon head

The salmon head is clean, cut in half with a knife (don't cut it to the end), absorb the excess water with kitchen paper, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper to marinate for a quarter of an hour.

Ingredients ham, tofu

Wash and slice the ham, wash and cut the garlic, and set aside the millet pepper.

Fry the fish head in a pot with a proper amount of oil on the fire, cut the noodles and fry for a while

Turn it over and fry and squeeze in the right amount of lemon juice.

Tips:
(Note: If the taste is heavy, you can add some salt to taste at the end. Our taste is light and I didn't add salt, and the taste is just superb)
