1. The ingredients are shown in the picture.

2. Pick and wash the shepherd's purse, rinse it several times with running water.

3. Put the shepherd's purse in the water, put it in and mix well, then remove it, float it in cold water, squeeze the water and set aside.

4. Chop the ginger into minced pieces and mix well with the minced meat.

5. Shepherd's purse squeezed dry and chopped.
