The Must-eat Cold Wakame in Summer
1.
Grab a handful of dried wakame (I bought it in the supermarket, and the market also sells fresh ones, they are all ok, they taste good), soak them in water (use water at room temperature), and blanch them after soaking. 5 minutes
2.
After blanching the water, wash it in cold water and then cut a few knives with a knife, and then add some salt, mainly to make the wakame out of water
3.
Find a small clean bowl and adjust all the seasonings. Seasonings: salt, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame oil, chili oil, minced garlic
4.
Squeeze the wakame with your hands a little to extract the moisture, and just pour and mix the seasoning.
Tips:
The right amount of seasoning is to master it according to your own experience. You can also put some seasonings you like. Mixing cold dishes is very casual, just as you like.
