Red: 220g white + 2g red yeast rice powder (Jiajie)
Blue: 20g white + 0.5g butterfly pea pollen (Thailand)

2. Tools for making steamed buns

Tips:

The main body must be pushed up! If the dough becomes soft after fermentation, it is not three-dimensional enough! The technique of pushing up is that the two palms have the same strength, and you are not skilled in taking it slowly.
