Tips:
1: The pig intestines I bought are cooked, or you can buy them raw, but they will take longer than cooked.
2: If you think the pig's large intestine has a thick layer of fat, you can buy it and use something to turn the pig's large intestine over and clean the surface with tap water.
3: If there is no line pepper, you can use sharp pepper, or hang pepper. If you like to eat spicy, use hang pepper or sharp pepper.
4: The pig farm is easy to cook, so you don't need to fry for too long, just get fat at the bottom.
5: This dish is not easy to put too much soy sauce, otherwise the fried chili peppers are not good-looking or not tasty.
