I am Brother Xiaoyu, from Heze, Shandong. Entry: Plain version of "Sai Crab".
After work, I spend less time with my family. The most time I spend with my family is at the dinner table. Crab is my favorite seafood, and the best thing for female crabs is crab roe, but every time my mother says I don’t like to eat. Actually, I knew she wanted me to eat more. So I learned this game of crabs. When eating crabs, I picked the crab roe to my mother and fried a large plate of "sai crabs". Really made of crab roe, but it tastes really like!

The Plain Version of "the Crab"

1. Prepare 3 eggs and 1 salted duck egg,

2. Ginger juice: grated ginger + salt + cooking wine + sugar + warm water + white vinegar,

3. Separate the white and egg yolk, mix the egg yolk with the salted egg yolk,

4. Egg white + pure milk (1:0.5), add a spoon of salt and mix well,

12. Pour the other half of ginger juice,

13. Mix well, stir-fry and serve. Cover the egg whites.

Tips:
