The Practice of Stewing White Fungus and Lotus Seed Soup in A Boiling Pot

Prepare the ingredients you need, soak the lotus seeds in cold water for 1 hour in advance (because it is difficult to soak the lotus seeds). If you don’t soak them first, they can’t be cooked, so they won’t taste good.
