The Simple and Fresh Version of Tomato Egg Soup is Not Greasy
1.
1 tomato, cut into thin slices (I cut it into strips to remedy the thickness if it was cut accidentally, the knife work is my flaw)
2.
Add a small amount of oil, add tomatoes, and stir fry until it's a bit sticky and the flesh separates, add in hot water, the amount of water depends on the amount of your belly, haha
3.
After boiling the hot water for 1 minute, add the chopped coriander. Get up in ten seconds
4.
1 egg, put in a bowl and beat. Pour the tomato soup from the pot in the previous step into a bowl of egg liquid
5.
The battle between the egg and the boiling water is over, and the egg flower is born. Start drinking
Tips:
Break up the egg liquid a bit! If the coriander is tender, put it out of the pan, if it is not tender, let it cook for ten to twenty seconds before serving it!
