The Spirit of Eating Halberd--pseudo-crispy Barbecue
1.
Finely chopped prince mushroom
2.
I started to use fried prince mushrooms with butter as the top grade lard and the middle grade canola oil as the lower grade. I used the lard condensed on the boiled pork bone soup.
3.
Put the fried prince mushrooms on a plate for later use
4.
Choose larger potatoes without peeling, washing, and dividing into four, steaming in a pot on high heat for about 20 minutes to ensure that the potatoes are soft and smooth. The inspection standard is to poke the chopsticks to the end and unimpeded.
5.
Cut the onion in half, with the cross section facing down, and save the root. Use a sharp knife (fruit knife) to cut vertically to keep the onion connected to the root, then quickly cut it horizontally into cubes so that it won’t be too spicy.
6.
The potatoes are steamed and mashed into mashed potatoes, then put in the sliced onions and fried prince mushrooms, put a little salt and stir evenly
7.
Take the mashed potatoes out of the bowl and squeeze them into an oval shape in the picture. On the other side of the cutting board, spread them into a horizontal and vertical grid with a cotton thread. Spread the bacon horizontally on the cotton thread, and then use a kitchen knife to move the oval mashed potatoes to the paved. Bacon on top
8.
Then spread a layer of bacon on the mashed potatoes until the mashed potatoes are all covered with cotton thread and sprinkle with rosemary.
9.
Finally, put the baking tray into the oven and bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for an hour or until the bacon skin is crispy. Then you can cut off the cotton thread and enjoy the impact of smell, taste and vision!
Tips:
Don't bear the cotton thread! If you want to tie it up, it will fall apart! Then it becomes bacon mixed with mashed potatoes
