The Ultimate Jam-filled Biscuits

Butter softens at room temperature, not too soft

Add powdered sugar and stir to mix

Add milk
4.
Lemon zest, stir well

Add the sifted powder and mix evenly

Add almond flour and stir well until it becomes a soft batter

Put the batter into the piping bag, choose the medium wavy line flower mouth

Squeeze about 7 cm of batter into a non-stick baking pan (about two pans can be squeezed out)

Sprinkle small diced walnuts in the middle of the squeezed biscuit base

Put it in a 170° preheated oven, the second level, about 10 minutes

Tips:
1. If there is no cinnamon powder, it can be omitted;
2. The temperature and time of the oven depends on the temper of your own oven;
