Thick Egg Braised

Prepared ingredients.

The crab sticks are boiled in water and set aside.

Beat the eggs with salt.

Add chopped green onion and mix well.

Add a little oil to the bottom of the pot, add a small amount of egg liquid, shake the pot to spread the egg liquid over the bottom of the pot.

Put the crab stick on the top, heat it on a low heat, the egg liquid slowly solidifies, and roll up the egg skin from the crab stick.

Add a layer of egg liquid, and continue to roll from the position of the egg roll after solidification.

Only until all the egg liquid is used up.

Just let it cool and cut into pieces.
Tips:
Add some oil to the bottom of the pan to make it easier to roll up, preferably a non-stick pan.
