1. Pour edible oil in a pan, put pork belly in the oil and stir fry;

2. Pour in enough water to blanch the pork belly;

3. Pour out the hot water and pour in the same amount of cold water again, add green onions, ginger slices, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sake, mirin, and sugar, and simmer over medium heat until the juice is collected.
