Thousands of Pickled Cabbage Rib Soup

Ingredients: Thousand sheets (already cut), ribs (washed and blanched), sauerkraut (already cut)

Place the cut thousand sheets in a pot of clean water, blanch them, and remove them.

Put the blanched ribs into the pressure cooker and add some water.

Add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.

Then, close the lid and cook for 15 minutes on medium-low heat, then turn off the heat.

Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.

Then, add the chopped sauerkraut and the blanched thousand sheets, stir and boil for 1-2 minutes.

Finally, add 1.5 tablespoons of salt.

Add 0.5 scoop of MSG.
