3. For curry cubes, I choose a brand from Manda Street. It is convenient and quick for a box of 6 pieces. Pay attention to the amount. Basically, two pieces are enough for two people. The saltiness can be adjusted by light soy sauce or salt.

4. Garlic chop minced garlic. I also added cod to increase nutrients. In fact, what can be put in the house, chicken breast is the first choice, simple treatment is fine; next is beef, why is it next? Because beef is not easy to grasp the tenderness. In fact, you can put some fried chicken, diced meat, dragon fish and even nuts.

5. Hot oil, in order: minced garlic, cod (meat, fish, if not left), carrots, potatoes, lettuce. Pay attention to the heat, the potatoes tend to stick to the bottom when they enter the pot.
