Three-color Egg
1.
Ingredients needed: eggs, salted duck eggs, songhua eggs
2.
Separate the egg yolk and egg white, and place the egg white in a steamed container (oil a layer of oil on the bottom of the container, it is best to replace it with tin foil). Peel the Songhua Egg and Salted Duck Egg.
3.
Cut the salted duck eggs and songhua eggs into small cubes, put them in the egg whites, and prepare them for steaming. Bring to a boil, turn to low heat and steam for ten minutes.
4.
Steam on low heat for ten minutes, then pour in the stirred egg yolks, then steam on low heat for about ten minutes, and the pot will start.
5.
After steaming, let it cool, buckle it upside down, slice it and serve it on a plate.
Tips:
Please note that there is no need to put salt during the whole process, because the salted duck eggs are already very salty. I made two servings. For multiple servings, you can refer to the ratio of egg: salted duck egg: songhua egg = 2:1:1.
