Three-color Egg Fried Rice

Marinate beef cubes with appropriate amount of green onion, ginger and light soy sauce for 20 minutes

Add 0.5 tablespoons of salt to the eggs and stir evenly with the cooking wine. Wash the carrots and cut into small cubes.

Pick up the frying pan and pour the eggs and stir-fry them into small blossoms, shovel them out for later use.

Add beef cubes in the frying pan and quickly stir-fry for a while. When it is almost cooked, add carrots and continue to stir-fry evenly, then remove them for use.

Pour the rice in the frying pan, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of salt and stir-fry, add carrots, beef cubes, and eggs and stir-fry for a while

Finally, sprinkle in the garlic leaves and chicken essence, mix well and it will be out of the pot.
