Three-color Fish Balls

Ingredients: net fish meat, minced carrots, minced green peppers, minced watery black fungus, eggs (take the egg white)
Seasoning: chopped green onion, chopped ginger, stock, sesame oil, salt, dried starch, water starch, edible oil.

Cut the fish into small cubes and put it into a blender to make a pureed fish.

Add a little salt, minced ginger, chopped green onion, egg white, dry starch, and broth to the fish puree in a container and stir well.

Make fish balls, boil them in a boiling water pot for 3-5 minutes, remove them and set aside.
