Sauce Pork Ribs

Wash the ribs and add the marinade to marinate them to taste. This process takes 2-3 hours. You can prepare this dish in advance.

Marinate and steam for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes of steaming, put the ribs on a plate and sprinkle with flour on both sides.

Put a small amount of oil in the pan and cut the ribs until golden on both sides.

Heat the oil in the pot again, add the steamed ribs juice to the cornstarch to make it thicker, add in the green pepper, coriander, garlic and chopped pepper and stir fry to create a fragrance.

Pour the fragrant sauce and serve it out.
Tips:
Be sure to pickle it for a longer time~ it won't taste so delicious~ Don't throw away the juice at the bottom of the steamed ribs, it will be useful later!
