I like purple sweet potatoes and pumpkins. Using them to make pasta will always bring unexpected results. I have also made flowering steamed buns, but this time the effect is much better than before.

Three-color Flowering Steamed Buns

1. The purple sweet potato is steamed, peeled and pressed into a purple sweet potato mash. Take 150 grams, add 300 grams of flour, 2 grams of yeast powder and water to make a purple potato dough

2. Pumpkin is steamed, peeled and pressed into pumpkin puree. Take 100 grams, add 300 grams of flour, 2 grams of yeast powder, and form pumpkin dough

3. 300 grams of flour, 2 grams of yeast powder and white dough, three kinds of dough are placed in a warm place

4. Make three doughs

5. Knead well on the chopping board to exhaust air

6. Divide into uniformly sized doses

7. Roll white dough and purple potato dough into round slices respectively, and round pumpkin dough into round balls

8. The white noodles are at the bottom, the purple potato noodles are in the middle, and the pumpkin balls are on the top.

9. Wrap the pumpkin ball like a bun

10. Make cold water in the steamer, place the green body and cover it for about 30 minutes. Turn to medium heat and steam for 23 minutes, then steam for 5 minutes.

11. It's steamed, everyone laughs

Tips:

The second haircut is very important. In the current season, it usually takes about 20 minutes. The steamed buns are very noisy.
