Three Color Snow Peas

Pick and wash the snow peas and red peppers, and peel the corn into a small half bowl

Cook the peeled corn first

Put the onion, ginger and garlic in the wok and sauté fragrant, add snow peas and stir fry quickly until they are broken
4.
Add corn kernels and red hot peppers and continue to fry, season with appropriate amount of salt and mushroom essence

Tips:
You can't fry snow peas for too long. It’s good if it turns green and loses life. When frying, spray some water at the end to avoid frying it
