1. Beat the eggs, add 5ml of water to the coffee powder and stir until it melts.

2. The butter is softened at room temperature, and the white sugar is added and whipped well.

3. Add the egg mixture and continue to beat evenly.

4. Sift in low powder.

5. Stir it with a spatula to form a dough.

6. Divide equally into three equal parts.

7. Add one portion to the melted coffee liquid and mix it thoroughly with a spatula to form coffee dough.

8. Take another piece of dough, add cocoa powder and 1 teaspoon of egg liquid, and mix well to form a chocolate dough.

9. In this way, three flavors of dough are obtained in sequence.

10. Spread cling film on the countertop, and roll out the chocolate dough on the cling film to form a pancake.

11. Roll out three pieces of dough one by one, stack them up, and compact them.

12. Roll it up from one end, roll it tightly, and freeze it in the freezer of the refrigerator for about half an hour.

13. Take out and cut into slices about 6 mm thick, and put them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

14. Finished product

Tips:

The coarse granulated sugar I use is visible on the surface, so fine granulated sugar is recommended.
