Three-color Steamed Egg

Shell the Songhua Egg and Salted Duck Egg and cut into small pieces with thread.

The egg white and egg yolk are separated. (Note that the points are separated one by one to prevent hand mistakes)

Add salt to the egg yolk and mix well.

Spread the chopped songhua egg cubes and salted duck egg cubes into a baking bowl with salad oil.

Add egg whites.

Add egg yolks.

Cover with plastic wrap.

Carefully move it into the steaming oven and steam at 100° for about 20 minutes.
Tips:
1. It is recommended to cut Songhuadan with wire, because it is relatively fragile;
2. Add the egg yolk after adding the egg whites. Don't shake too much to prevent mixing;
3. You can also add egg whites and steam for 10 minutes, then add egg yolk and steam for 10 minutes;
4. This steamed egg can also be stir-fried with chowder, which tastes better.
