Three-color Vegetable Healthy Pot

The materials are as follows.

Slice tomatoes and garlic sprouts into sections.

Wash enoki mushrooms and set aside.

I use a small milk pot, which tends to stick to the side of the pot on a high fire, so slowly saute the garlic slices over a low fire.

Add tomatoes.

Add enoki mushrooms.
7.
Add garlic sprouts.
8.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
9.
Serve the pot directly in cold weather.
