Three Cup Frog

The frogs are cleaned by vendors, peeled, feet removed, and chopped into small pieces for later use.

Cut the ginger, shallots, garlic and dried shallots.

Add oil and sesame oil in a hot pan, then add ginger and garlic. Add the frog, stir fry and serve with wine.

Add the dark soy sauce and a little water, and stir-fry until cooked. Add pepper and sugar to taste before serving.
5.
Serve.
Tips:
Frogs are prone to parasites and have a lot of skin, back bones and claws, so they usually remove the skin and claws. Must be fully cooked.
