Three Cups Chicken
1.
Cut chicken legs and wings into pieces and wash
2.
Boil water, boil off the blood
3.
Wash off the blood, prepare green onions, peppers, and ginger
4.
Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic, and stir-fry the garlic to be patted for two minutes
5.
Pour the chicken and stir fry
6.
Stir fry until the chicken turns yellow and add the peppers (the reason why the peppers are not put together with the garlic is because I am afraid of being spicy, so I can put them with the garlic if I am not afraid of it), and continue to stir fry.
7.
Stir-fry for 5 minutes, add soy sauce, salt, sugar, cooking wine, a little water, and continue to cook for about three minutes.
8.
After collecting the soup, add onions and continue to stir fry. (This one without onion can be omitted)
9.
Once the onions are cooked, they can be out of the pot
