Three cups of chicken is a must-order dish when I go to Taiwanese or Taiwanese restaurants. In fact, Sanbei Chicken does not originate in Taiwan, but a famous Han Chinese dish originated in Jiangxi. Three cups of chicken spread to Taiwan. The Taiwanese made a small modification to it, replacing the greasy lard with light cooking oil, and adding a unique spice-the nine-story pagoda, and finally the fragrance.

This dish is also a "frequent customer" on my table. The ingredients are very simple. Whole chicken, drumsticks or chicken wings can also be used. The nine-story pagoda that was added at the end is also very easy to buy now, so when you want to eat it, you will make it and eat it.

Ingredients

Three Cups Chicken

1. Cut the chicken into pieces and wash away the blood with running water. Peel garlic, slice ginger, green and red pepper, set aside. Prepare three cups of juice, mix sesame oil, dark soy sauce, and light soy sauce for later use.
