Three Cups Chicken

Cut the chicken into pieces and wash away the blood with running water. Peel garlic, slice ginger, green and red pepper, set aside. Prepare three cups of juice, mix sesame oil, dark soy sauce, and light soy sauce for later use.

Heat the pan and drain the oil. Add garlic, ginger slices, and dried chili, stir fry until fragrant.

Add sugar and Huadiao wine and stir fry. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
