Three Cups of Eryngii Mushrooms
1.
Wash the eryngii mushrooms and cut into small pieces with a hob. The main seasonings needed: rice wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rock sugar
2.
Of course the most important basil leaves, okra, and onions are cut into small pieces
3.
Raise the frying pan, add garlic slices, saute the red pepper, add okra and onion
4.
Then add the eryngii mushrooms and stir fry the so-called three cups quickly. There are different opinions on the Internet. I follow my method of making three cups of chicken: if we use the ordinary porcelain spoon we use for soup to do the measurement, 10 spoons of rice wine, 5 spoons of soy sauce, including 2 spoons of light soy sauce and 3 spoons of soy sauce. There is also 2.5 scoops of rock sugar. You can add a cup of rice wine with just three spoons, which is actually the amount of 4 spoons of ordinary porcelain spoons.
5.
I added a cup of soy sauce, which is actually 2 scoops of a mixture of half a scoop of light soy sauce + 1.5 scoops of dark soy sauce, and then add a spoon of rock sugar
6.
Finally, add some basil leaves and stir fry before adding some sesame oil
Tips:
The amount of rice wine put in is twice that of soy sauce; the amount of soy sauce (that is a mixture of soy sauce and light soy sauce) is twice that of sugar (the sugar is rock sugar as the first choice)
Don't add all the basil leaves to the stir-fry, you can save some and sprinkle on the finished product to add color
