Three-dimensional Lazy Egg Rice Bowl
1.
Fry the bacon in a pan and fry the eggs. After the pumpkin pieces are fried, crush them with a spoon and mix in a small amount of salad dressing
2.
Put the fried egg on the plate first, then hold a part of the pumpkin puree into a ball and cover the egg yolk
3.
Fill the remaining pumpkin puree into the piping bag, and squeeze two symmetrical pumpkin puree on the bottom of the front end of the pumpkin ball to represent the hands when the lazy egg is lying on its stomach.
4.
Flatten the left and right sides of the pumpkin ball with a dining knife, and then use the back of the knife to make a mark behind the pumpkin ball, which represents the butt of the lazy egg.
5.
Squeeze two more pumpkin puree behind the pumpkin ball to represent the legs of the lazy egg
6.
Use a cat's claw embossing device to press the seaweed out of the shape of the eyes and mouth (you can also use scissors to cut out without the embossing device)
7.
Use toothpicks to stick the eyes and mouth made of seaweed on the pumpkin puree, and then fill the middle of the mouth with salad dressing. Finally cover the bacon on the pumpkin puree. Shovel the fried egg from below with a dining knife and spread the whole lazy egg on the rice
