I remember when I was a child, my mother would make hand-rolled noodles every summer. My mother put a fire in the stove, and my father cut the noodles by the side of the pot. After all the noodles were cut, the noodles were cooked and the ingredients were very simple. Pickled in pickles, put some edamame, the taste is very delicious, until now, I still like hand-rolled noodles, but now I use gas to find it. You can't cut the noodles at the same time. You can only cut all the noodles at once and put them. Put it in the pot and cook together, but the taste is still in the taste when I was young.

Three Fresh Hand Rolled Noodles

1. Put a little salt in the flour and stir well with water.

2. Knead into a smooth dough.

3. Put the fat in the pot, turn on a medium-low heat, and boil the lard (there is no fat, you can also use the lard at home).

4. Prepare the required main ingredients.

5. When the lard is boiled, take out the fat, add edamame and stir fry.

6. Add pickles and stir fry together.

7. Put in the right amount of water, salt, and cover the pot.

8. Roll the dough into a beef tongue shape. (Sprinkle a little dry powder on the chopping board)

9. After boiling, add the shredded pork and continue to cook for about 3-5 minutes.

10. Cut the noodles into noodles.

11. After all is cut, put it in the pot.

12. Cook until all the noodles float.

Tips:

Salad oil can be used instead of lard, but the taste may not be so delicious.
