Three Fresh Tofu Pot

Wash the squid with a cutting knife.

Wash the shrimp shell and shrimp line for later use.

Remove the roots of the crab-flavored mushrooms, wash them, and cut the tofu into small pieces.

Crab-flavored mushrooms, squid, and shrimps were blanched in a pot of boiling water, removed and drained for later use.

Pour a little oil into the pan, add the shredded green onion and ginger, stir fry until fragrant, add the crab-flavored mushrooms and stir fry.

Add appropriate amount of salt, oyster sauce, cooking wine, soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

Transfer to a casserole, add tofu cubes on top, boil on high heat and turn to low heat and simmer for about 3-5 minutes.

Add squid and shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes.
9.
Just sprinkle with chopped green onion.
