Three Fresh Tofu Soup

Cut the tofu into appropriate sized pieces.

Each shiitake mushroom is cut into 4 small pieces, and the tomatoes are peeled and cut into small pieces. Beat the garlic and chop the green onion into chopped green onions.

Heat the wok, add a little cooking oil to heat, add minced garlic and stir fragrant. Add shiitake mushrooms and stir fry.

Tips:
Concentrated broth contains salt, so you should put less salt in this broth. Just boil the tomato slightly
